The composite gas detector adopts the free diffusion detection method. In the normal operation process, the instrument and equipment can be fixed on the belt or handheld. Once the equipment is turned on, the instrument and equipment will measure continuously. The surrounding air can enter the sensor through diffusion. Generally, the flow of air can directly send the measured target gas into the sensor. The sensor may react to the concentration value of the gas and give the measurement results. The principle of diffusion detection is to make full use of the above methods to directly detect the gas concentration value around the instrument. The advantage of diffusion detection is that the response time is fast. If it is necessary to carry out remote detection of the gas at the sampling location, it is necessary to use the suction method to carry out the measurement. At this time, the instrument and equipment need to use the calibration hood and optional air pump. When using the calibration hood, ensure that the direction of gas extraction is in accordance with the direction indicated by the arrow.
The structure type and concentration value of the gas are independent information display of the same display screen. If there are less than 4 sensors installed, the position information of the sensors not installed will be blank.
The instrument and equipment have two instantaneous gas alarm levels. The secondary alarm point (flammable gas and toxic gas high concentration alarm, oxygen low concentration alarm) is more urgent for flammable gas and toxic gas than the primary alarm point (flammable gas and toxic gas low concentration alarm, oxygen high concentration alarm). It is also important for high or low oxygen concentration.
The user can complete the setting of primary and secondary alarm points in the setting mode.
Note: For combustible gas and toxic gas, the set value of the first alarm point is lower than the set value of the second alarm point.
If an alarm occurs, the alarm prompt symbol will display and flash the information, and the corresponding alarm symbols "Low" (level 1, oxygen is high alarm), "High" (level 2, oxygen is low alarm) will display the corresponding information according to the gas structure type and level of the alarm.
If the concentration value of the detected gas exceeds the measurement range, the full scale value will flash at the same time as the alarm.
