The gas detector is a kind of instrument and instrument for gas leakage concentration detection, which mainly includes: portable gas detector, hand-held gas detector, fixed gas detector, online gas detector, etc. It is mainly to make full use of the gas sensor to detect the type of gas in the environment. The gas sensor is used to detect the composition and content of the gas.
1、 Before use
① Before operation, carefully read the operating instructions corresponding to the gas detector, and be familiar with the use performance and operation method of the machine and equipment.
② Check whether the battery is sufficient. If the battery is found to be insufficient, replace it in time.
③ Check whether the intake air filter is blocked by dirt, and the blockage needs to be cleaned or replaced.
④ During the self-inspection during the startup process, listen to whether the grading alarm, audible and visual alarm and vibration alarm are correct. If they do not meet the requirements, they are forbidden to use and should be corrected immediately.
⑤ When starting up, press the start key for three seconds to enter the self-inspection state. Observe whether the low alarm value and high alarm value set by the analyzer are correct (the CO detector has a level 1 alarm of 50ppm and a level 2 alarm of 100ppm; the oxygen detector has a level 1 alarm of 19.5% and a level 2 alarm of 22%; the hydrogen sulfide detector has a level 1 alarm of 10ppm and a level 2 alarm of 15ppm). If the setting does not meet the requirements, it is forbidden to use it and should be corrected immediately. During the self-inspection during the startup process, listen to whether the grading alarm, audible and visual alarm and vibration alarm are correct. If they do not meet the requirements, they are forbidden to use and should be corrected immediately.
⑥ After starting the machine in fresh air, observe and analyze whether the initial value is correct (the initial display of CO detector is 0ppm; the initial display of O2 detector is 20.9%; the initial display of hydrogen sulfide detector is 0ppm). If the displayed value is incorrect, it is strictly prohibited to use it, and it should be corrected immediately.
